My granda Raymond Bland sadly passed away on Sunday 23 December 2007 at 8.00am after a long illness.My granda was aged 73 lived a long and happy life with his beloved wife Mrs Alice Bland.They lived in a friendly nebourhood Rownberry Road with lots of good friends close by.
My granda was a very proud man and deeply missed by all the family.He had a beloved wife Alice Bland.Three loving children Carol Tracey and Ray.He was a much loved father in law to Kenny and Harriot and a sadly missed Granda to Sean Emma Kate Jack Liam and Will.He will be missed forever in our hearts and neve forgotten.

What is Dying?
A ship sails and I stand watching till she fades on the horizon and someone at my side says 'She is gone'.
Gone where? Gone from my sight, that is all. She is just as large now as when I last saw her. Her diminished size and total loss from my sight is in me, not in her.
And just at the moment when someone at my side says she is gone there are others who are watching her coming over their horizon and other voices take up a glad shout 'There she comes!'
That is what dying is. An horizon and just the limit of our sight.
Lift us up, Oh Lord, that we may see further.

Granda well what can a say words can not describe how much i miss you it seems to get harder every day.I hope your in peace now and free of all the pain you went through.I have to say you fought till the very end.And made all of us proud.You will be in my thoughts and heart forever love you always
